UK Cookery Courses

"Courses for Cooks" offer one day cookery courses and occasional evening/morning cookery classes in Nottingham. The cookery classes are designed for those who wish to learn more about worldwide cuisine through sociable classes without committing a great deal of time and money.

If you want to learn more how to cook fish, street food, tapas, tajines, indian, chillies, moroccan or local speciality produce then these cookery courses are for you. Over the summer Courses For Cooks also run outdoor courses that take place at Trinity Farm [near Junction 26 of the M1 motorway] - including African Outdoor Cooking.

VEGETARIANS WELCOME - participants cook as a group on the day and extra vegetarian dishes can often be included on the menu if we are aware in advance - please enquire for the most suitable courses for vegetarians.

Group sizes are small for indoor courses so that maximum attention will be given to each person.

Please note that these cookery classes often get booked up well in advance so it is advisable to book early.
