Beeston but would travel any reasonable distance each day, and is seeking a full time role. Qualifications include 7 GCSEs, 2 years experience in office based jobs and an NVQ Level 2 in Business

Open Projects - Programmer Wanted

Open Projects are a successful business based in Beeston, and are looking for a Programmer to develop and deliver high quality software.
Successful candidates will join the existing team and work on a variety of different projects. They will be expected to carry out a number of roles within the team, which include elements of:
- Software and database development
- Testing
- Second line support
Candidates should either have a relevant degree or industry qualification, and must have skills such as Visual Basic, HTML and SQL knowledge. Familiarity with Visual Basic 6, ASP, ASP.NET or SQL server would be an advantage.

Free Training / Work Experience
Got Some Spare Time? - want some free training? In return for maintaining some of the pages within www.beeston.biz we will provide you with some local office based training in website design / preparing images for websites / HTML programming [a basic way of writing sentences and displaying words and pictures on website pages]. This voluntary work could lead to a full or part time position with our company, or it could lead to equipping you with the skills you need to gain a position with an IT or website design company. Tea, coffee and refreshments provided. Give it a try!

Free training / Work Experience - Cookery Courses
Courses for Cooks are looking for a person [or preferably a couple of people] who would like to undertake some work experience at weekends/occasional evenings or weekdays - assisting with cookery courses, in Beeston, Nottingham. This will be a flexible opportunity that needs a flexible person [or persons] with a keen interest in cooking. Would possibly suit catering student [over 18 yrs only please] looking for relevant work experience - or anyone who wants to improve their cookery skills. May lead to something more structured/permanent if business development allows.
