One of the most well known martial arts, Karate is based upon contact fighting using the feet, hands and legs. Classes are held at the Karate Club at Chilwell Olympia - beginners and intermediate classes are held on Monday and Friday 7:00pm - 8:00pm, and classes for all abilities are held on Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:00 pm.
