Remember Your Shin Pads For This Session
Bring £3 Subs In COINS Not In Notes
Players who fail to do either of the above will not be able to join in.
New Rule: Please Note
All players are asked to be at the venue at 7:45pm because we need to be ready to start our session on time and Andy will be collecting £3 from each player in coins, not notes between 7:45 and 7:55pm. If you bring the wrong amount or a note instead of coins, it will be up to you to go to reception or the bar upstairs at the venue to get some change. Forget your money and you will have to borrow off another player or you won't be able to participate.
All squad members should attend, especially players that would like to be considered for the 5, 6 or 11-a-side league teams. If you would like any extra details about our Monday evening matches, please send an email to -
The Rutland Sports Centre in Ilkeston is just around the corner from the AMF tenpin bowling alley on Derby Road [the A609]. Be aware of the 30mph speed cameras as you drive through Ilkeston - leave yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and drive carefully!
Our training sessions and matches are great fun and very popular [typically more than 22 players attend]. The football is competitive, but it is played in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere - to ensure that this continues we ask all members to please abide by our General Code Of Conduct.
General Code Of Conduct

- Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone
- Treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves
- Welcome diversity amongst us
- Value individuals and respect their differences - language, religion, ethnic origin, abilities, lifestyles, beliefs, and previous experiences

All squad members must wear astro boots or trainers and shin pads - unless asked to bring studded boots for the grass pitch. Please note - If you are not wearing shin pads then you won't be able to participate - The Club has several spare pairs of shin pads, so if you don't have any please let Andy or Mark know and these will be provided for you.
